ORDERING INFORMATION

How much do you charge for delivery?

All of our wooden shelves have free delivery included as standard, though further options are available during checkout for those wanting their shelving delivered with an "Express" service.

We may charge a small delivery cost for shelf brackets and accessories depending on order size. Available delivery options and costs will be shown during checkout before placing an order.

How long will delivery take?

Standard dispatch times are shown on all of our product pages, along with dispatch times for "Express" orders if applicable. We use couriers with a next day delivery service for all of our timber shelf orders.

Customers who require their shelving be delivered on a specific day, or would like an update on the status of their order can get in touch with us and we'd be happy to help.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After completing checkout online or over the phone you should receive an email confirmation from us regarding your order (or text/Facebook message depending on the notification method you prefer). This will detail information such as the items purchased from timbershelves.co.uk and the delivery address that your order will be sent to.

Once your order has been packaged and ready to dispatch you will receive a follow-up message notifying you that your item(s) have been collected by our courier and on it's way to you.

Where can I view my order details?

If you would like to see your order details, you can do so by clicking the link in the notification email/message or text that you received after completing your order.

Customers that chose to create an account with us (recommended) before or during checkout can also login to view current and past orders.

How do I order a custom order?

The best way to place a custom shelving order is to email or call us to discuss your requirements. We do have a wide range of length, width and thickness combinations as standard on the majority of our shelving types and styles, though please get in touch if you require something different.

How long do I have to return an order?

If for whatever reason you would like to return your order, you can do so with no questions asked. Simply return them to us at the address found on our contact page in original packaging and with the item in it's original condition.

We offer a 60-day return policy so that customers have plenty of time to decide whether the shelf is right for their home. We're fully confident that the shelves that we sell will live up to expectations, though our return policy is their to provide you with peace of mind.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How can I cancel an order before dispatch?

If you've placed an order and wish to cancel before it's dispatched, contact us to receive a full refund. We will cancel the order and immediately refund the amount paid to the payment method used during checkout.

Can my order be delivered to a different address than by billing address?

Yes. Our easy-to-follow checkout process includes the option to select a different delivery address than the billing address. We can deliver to mainland UK addresses at this present time.

Are my payment and account details secure?

We take security very seriously, which is why you'll find our website has a sitewide 128-bit SSL certificate, and all payments are handled by Shopify on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. In other words, our website is very secure!

What methods of payment do you accept?

When making payment, customers can choose to pay by debit or credit card, or with our accelerated payment methods, PayPal, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay. We also offer the option to pay by BACS transfer.
